Our apps

Nestbound, MDReader and Neutrino run on your Mac, with no accounts and no sync. What you put in them stays on your Mac, and we never see it.

MDReader and Neutrino check GitHub once a week for a new version, which you can turn off. Neutrino also downloads the syntaxes and themes you choose to install from GitHub. Neither app sends anything from your documents.

EasyPad

EasyPad keeps your notes on your iPhone, iPad and Mac. If you turn on iCloud, they sync through your own iCloud account, and Apple’s privacy policy covers them there. We never see your notes: there’s no EasyPad account and no EasyPad server. EasyPad doesn’t show ads or keep track of what you do.

Backups you export are files you keep, locked with a passphrase that only you know. Nobody can recover that passphrase, including us.

Downloads and payment

Nestbound is sold on the Mac App Store, and the EasyPad unlock is an in-app purchase on the App Store. Apple handles the payment, so we never see your card details, and Apple’s privacy policy applies. MDReader and Neutrino are free downloads from GitHub, and GitHub’s privacy statement applies.
